Together with a robot, quickly and automatically checks threaded holes (or external threads) by powering a probe (or ring gage) into and out of the part. GO gaging, NO GO gaging, and combination gaging are all possible.
Will check multiple thread sizes. To change probes, the robot interfaces with the Automatic Tool Changing Station, which can have up to 10 docks.
This TVU is ideal for unmanned applications where there are a number of different size threads, and a cycle that is long enough to successively check these threads.
